Who do these guys think they are?
Founded in 1998 Wordsmythe began as a hobby business. Created and managed by people with full time jobs, wives, children and mortgages, it floundered incessantly for two years while we attempted to find a focus and direction for the project. Over that time it has become less and finally more than we had ever envisioned. We have no financial backing other than our own. The web elements are being developed as quickly as we can teach ourselves to master them. Each of us desires a writing life, and this site will continue to develop into a place where we can advance ourselves, and the future writing lives of others, by providing resources and outlets that we feel are beneficial to this end. We hope that your visit with us has been a good one, and we look forward to receiving your input so that together we can make this everyone's "one stop shop" for writing and reading resources.
